0:35.0	Before we get into that, Brendan, for those that haven't listened to you on my podcast before,
0:40.6	I want to give you a chance to tell people what you do a coup you, what your title is, and how that's going.
0:48.0	Yeah, I run the Guide Now for a program, I could you, my title is Director of Industry Relations,
0:54.8	I guess, or business development.
0:57.9	And yeah, I do a lot of, you know,
1:00.6	we're, in the company, we have a lot of different hats we wear, you know, do a bit of development,
1:07.0	oversee, obviously the Guide and Outfit a Program, do a lot of the specialty gear type stuff when somebody calls in that has a pretty technical question
1:16.4	or something they need specifically for hunts. I do a lot of the gear advising so
1:21.6	yeah lots of different hats are wear, but that was an employee number
1:26.8	one of you in 2010. So, yeah, pretty. Going good.

1:36.0	It's always interesting to me as you and Jason and the team come up with new products and gear, a lot of that gear runs directly through your hands
1:46.7	and directly on or off your body, so to speak, in the trial periods and testing.
