I'm having kind of a girlfriend, Jan, with one of my pals, Liz Joseph Spurg.

And she is someone whose work I got turned down to because I saw her on a podcast a while

And she was just talking about weight loss and health in this really holistic way that

I was so into, I was like, yes, because I've always personally had my own struggle with
