episode together since you have turned 40 years old well I'm here you know I you I think when you're young you're like am I going to make it to 40 I often question that.

Let me start by saying you're a gorgeous beautiful sexy hot amazing

youthful full of life 40 and age is just a number but I I do know that, you know, these milestones will make you think

about things and they'll make you, you know, either give you sense of urgency or you reflect

and say I should have done or I could have done all these things. or you

or could have done, or I could have done, all these things. So I feel like just asking you questions about your little journey around 40.

I mean, I think I've had so many thoughts that I could never,

like I was trying to write a post about being 40 right and I was just like

I could write a book about it because there's so much still like I don't feel any older and there's so much stigma for a woman around

turning 40. It's almost like I didn't realize that even something that I had

been programmed, you know, growing up is like when you're 40 or you're just you're yeah you might be wise but you're just not like that youthful attractive anymore and that's just something that I think I had in my head and I'm like, wait, what made me

yesterday feel okay and today feel like, whoa, you know, why did that pop into my head?
