It was an honor to watch you guys race last weekend. So we have to talk all kinds of things, but especially world cross country. So tell us how it feels to be a world champion.

Oh, it's pretty special. Thanks for having me on to celebrate. So I think for all of us, it was just

something that kind of came together and we thought, hey, we have a shot at gold year. And then you

sort of do it all and have the day and kind of now walk away world champions. It doesn't really sink in.

And yeah, hopefully it just becomes a habit for a few of us now.
