Parker Wolfe may be new to C Tolle Run, but he's no stranger to elite running. As an NCAA Champion at the University of North Carolina and now a USATF Champion, Parker is gearing up for the 10k at the World Cross Country Championships, and he's especially excited that the race will be held on US soil for the first time since 1992.
