Summary

Memorial Day is around the corner and athletes all over America will be participating in a workout in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

We talk to a few unique athletes with some impressive Murph feats. Former Navy man, John Sullivan, performed "Murph' for 24 hours straight, finishing 13 full-rounds and came on the show via the delivery room where his wife was giving birth.

Hunter McIntyre comes on to tell us about his charity fundraiser for the military and his attempt at setting the World Record.

We get a chance to talk to CrossFit Games athlete Kari Pearce, who has one of the most impressive "Murph" performances ever.

All that and more.
