But I just kind of had a bunch of stuff going on. So, you know, give me a second before we get going.

Yeah, before I forget, I owe you rent for the space, right? I'm going to Vembo you right now. Yeah, it's 2.15. The guy was talking to me. He said next year, if we want to rent the space, he's saying $2.50 a month. What a prick. You know, I kind of let him get away with that, did you? Well, it was kind of a power play on me, but what I did is I looked up kind of the pricing in there.

We kind of had a little bit of a tiff about it, and he could tell. But I looked up the pricing and kind of, you know, it's kind of going up. So I really didn't have, you know, you kind of said take it or leave it. and so I said, you know, take it.

I mean, it just seems like a bit much,

but like at the same time,

this is a good...

This is a good practice space for our arguments. It's a lot better than our last space. He lets us use cash again. You know, I told you before, if we get a new place a lot of times, they'd be wanting to go straight out of my checking account or like straight out. I still don't know.

I always Venmo you because I don't carry cash like that anymore because sometimes I'm liable to just

start ripping it up if I get angry at someone. I just don't want to, you know, have a check or

anything like this because, you know, I did talk about this with my wife and she said, you know,

having renting an argument space to practice in

is kind of a waste of money.

I don't talk to my girlfriend about stuff like that.

We don't talk about finances or like the future.
