in the country right now, and it's impacting the world, and it's impacting our lives, it's impacting

our businesses, and it's impacting my ability to focus on anything.

I can only imagine for members of the black community what it is like in terms of their ability

to focus. So and you have been someone I've been seeking mentorship from during this time.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and what kind of work that you do.

I am first, my first role is I'm a mother of five.

I have five wonderful children, biracial children. My husband is white. So we practice a lot of the

things that I practice in the world in our own home. And I am an educator and I've been

teaching for over 30 years now. It's very when we have to add up the numbers. I know, I know.

That number keeps getting higher. But I teach at the college level and I teach diversity classes.
