1:14.0	And so I wanted to first just have you share who is Dr. Tracy Baxley.
1:20.7	Tell me a little bit about yourself and what kind of work that you do.

1:26.3	I am first, my first role is I'm a mother of five.
1:31.9	I have five wonderful children, biracial children. My husband is white. So we practice a lot of the
1:40.5	things that I practice in the world in our own home. And I am an educator and I've been
1:46.9	teaching for over 30 years now. It's very when we have to add up the numbers. I know, I know.
1:54.7	That number keeps getting higher. But I teach at the college level and I teach diversity classes.
