Summary

It’s been fun, but just as Labor Day Weekend is the traditional end of summer, so too is this the end of the Summer of Marvel! In this episode our panelists pitch Marvel movies they’d like to see in the future, and we save some time at the end to reveal the results of our poll of Incomparable panelists to see where all the MCU movies rank.

There's a chill in the air. You know what that means. The leaves are starting to turn, and it means the summer of Marvel is at an end. Our little experiment, my little decision that I was going to do

10 straight episodes of the incomparable about essentially the same subject, which is the Marvel

Cinematic Universe, comes to an end with this episode. I mean, we'll do more Marvel movies

when they're released later, but this is the end of the summer of Marvel after 10 episodes covering most of the 20 movies. We covered a few before, but we got a lot. I watched a lot of superhero movies this summer, everybody. For this final episode, we're going to talk. One of the things about walking

through the MCU this summer that's really struck me is that there have been a few pivotal

points where Marvel has made some really good creative decisions to be broader to make different

movies like Thor Ragnarok and Ant Man.

1:28.8

I think it was a huge benefit to the creative life of these movies.

Where will they go after the presumably final Avengers movie, at least for a while?

1:39.5

Who knows?

1:40.5

We'll have some ideas, though.

And then we're also going to walk through the MCU based on a poll I did of all the incomparable panelists from bottom to top.

1:49.3

And that will be the end of the summer of Marvel.
