0:27.3	Before we even dive in, I want to hear the story of how the One Thing even came about.
0:32.8	So first off, can you tell the story of you came to Keller Williams originally as a
0:37.0	newsletter writer?

0:40.0	And then you've turned into an author of many books, walk me through that story.
0:44.7	So when my wife and I got married, we were in New York City, and I worked in publishing,
0:49.3	and I'd worked in nonfiction publishing there for about six years at Harper Collins,
0:53.9	and gotten to work on some great nonfiction books, which even then I wasn't sure that

0:59.2	It was just a publishing job.
1:00.2	I wanted to be around books and have lots of free ones.
