Before we even dive in, I want to hear the story of how the One Thing even came about.

So first off, can you tell the story of you came to Keller Williams originally as a

And then you've turned into an author of many books, walk me through that story.

So when my wife and I got married, we were in New York City, and I worked in publishing,

and I'd worked in nonfiction publishing there for about six years at Harper Collins,

and gotten to work on some great nonfiction books, which even then I wasn't sure that
