There’s a belief I’m seeing in our industry that team building is dead in 2024, and some companies are promoting the idea that you can still make money without building a team… but is this true?!

In this episode, I want to keep it real and share why team building is not dead. Not only that, but there is most likely a greater opportunity for you to build a team today than there has ever been. However, in order for you to take advantage of it you have to step up your mindset and your skill set. If you do, you can put your business in a position to win BIG time, and it is my intention that this episode will provide you with the direction and support to do just that!

0:46.1	compensation plans, they're changing their marketing, they're starting to promote the idea.

0:53.7	and you can still make money.
0:55.4	A couple of episodes ago, we talked about the trend
0:58.6	towards people selling multiple products.
1:01.6	And listen, there's nothing wrong with all of this but I think something dangerous is happening
1:06.1	and I think the dangerous thing that's happening is people are starting to believe
1:10.3	that building a team is not something important for them to do.
1:15.0	And I also think it's important for us to understand where all this is coming from.
1:19.0	It's coming from the fact that building a team is hard. And listen, it's always been hard, but we got a little
1:28.4	kind of mixed up over the last couple of years because during COVID, it wasn't hard at all.
1:35.3	And a lot of you grew teams during that period of time.
1:38.6	A lot of you started your businesses during that period of time.
1:41.9	And then what's happened over the last 12 to 18 months
