Hello Heroes and welcome to another exciting episode of One Shot. I'm James Damato, your host in GameMaster.

Heroes, this last weekend marked the ninth anniversary of the first episode of One Shot.

And perhaps even more momentous than that.

This week, the very episode you are listening to right now

is the 420th episode of One Shot, which means in my show's history we have hit a number that is considered nice more than once.

I absolutely cannot believe how far the show has come and I certainly can't believe how long I've been doing it

But it has meant so much to me over the last nine years to come to you every week with new

RPGss new experiences, new fun stories to share.

I have discovered so many games that I truly love through this show.

But much more than that, I have met so many people that I love

through doing this show. I have friends and family that are a part of my life in some

small part because of One Shot. It's a really amazing journey that I feel so

incredibly grateful to be on. And to celebrate all that we're playing

Danksgiving. An RPG that me and the players of this game all agree is actually really close to an improv form.

I actually don't know if designer Jackson Tago drew inspiration from it, but the structure of this RPG really resembles a Harold

improv form.

And if you play it, as the rules intend, it gives you a really cool slice of life experience that hearkens back to a very specific kind of stoner comedy.

Now we didn't really do that with our one shot. We kind of made a beautiful wreck of this game and I feel like what we did feels like it
