0:28.5	the first Trump administration, continued during Biden, and continuing now during Trump.
0:33.3	And what I'm going to talk about now is how that honors program is supposed to be an American program,
0:40.8	and it's competing against China and Russia to get back to the moon.
0:44.7	And I can tell you right now that neither NASA, China, or Russia is going to be there first.
0:50.6	And I emphasize neither is NASA.
0:53.2	And now I have three stories from this week
0:55.6	on Behind the Black that illustrate this. First, last week, Sean Duffy, interim NASA administrator,
1:02.9	came out saying he's opening a bidding on the lunar lander for demand program because SpaceX is
1:08.7	behind in its program. Well, yesterday, SpaceX did an update on
1:15.6	its website outlining how its lunar land, starship lunar land, the program is going. And it basically
1:22.3	said, we're moving very fast. No one else is going to beat us in this. And it outlined all
1:27.4	the things it's doing and what it in this. And it outlined all the things
1:27.8	it's doing and what it's doing. And it made it very clear along the way that they're going to
