is David Begin. So we're both here today with you to discuss a topic of interest here. We are going

to talk about assumptions primarily. David Begin was just at a carwash tour. Is that what you

would call it, David? Yeah, yeah, they call it a management

tour, but it was a car wash tour of Europe. Yeah, so this episode is not about car washes specifically,

so if you're not interested in a car wash business, please still listen. It's really about

what he learned and it can be applied to any business. It's really about the assumptions that we

tend to make in our businesses

sometimes and expanding our perspective. So that's really the takeaway. It just happens that,

as we've mentioned before in previous episode, David owns two highly successful car washes in the

Colorado Springs area. And part of his capacity also as part of the

International Car Wash Association is to go and visit these other operators. And in

this case, in Europe, so it gives him and gave him a very different perspective. So we're

going to chat about that. So the takeaways aren't necessarily carwash specific.
