Last time you may recall, we talked about not storing up your treasures in heaven and fasting. And this time we talk about worry. And Matthew 6, chapter 25, goes like this. Therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life what you will eat or drink,

or about your body, what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothes?

Look at the birds of the air. They do not sow or reap or stow away in barns, and yet your
