It is great to finally have you. I can't believe it's taken so long and what you practice is so

interesting. You are a thought leader in the field of performance and longevity medicine.

And that can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. So how do you define

performance and longevity medicine? Oh, that's a great question. Well, it's really the state of

when our cells are functioning at their best. And the side effect we get when our cells are at

optimal state is that our cells live much longer. The telomeres are preserved. And when our

cells live longer, guess what? We do also. You know, when our cells are functioning at our best,

so do our tissues, so do our organs, so do our organ systems, and guess what? They make up who we

are. Our mental and nervous system, our cardiovascular system, our musculoskeletal system,

and so when we're looking at those systems performing at our very best, we want our cells to

to be well. And it was my really desire to line true wellness, and when I reversed the chronic
