All right, here we go. Welcome in, everyone, to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast Friday, April 9th, and you are in the studio for this week's edition of The Deer Hunter Experience experience we have not been releasing these regularly

yet this year just because we've been busy with other operations but we're going to get back on

top of that and actually this conversation got me a little bit wound up about deer hunting.

And then also this week I was finally able to get out in the woods and do a little bit of scouting.

Winter has finally passed here in northern Michigan.

I know most of the other places in the country everywhere south of me.

People been in the woods already quite a bit

but hasn't been the case for me even this week a couple of the spots that i got into still had

where you know there's heavy evergreen cover and the sun can't hit the forest floor there's still

like a foot there was still a foot of snow uh the beginning

of the week and actually if you saw any of my uh photos or videos earlier in the week when i was out

scouting i got i was in a pretty decent snowstorm so uh but today it's 55 and sunny here and we are on the upswing. So I got a couple

quick things before we get into this week's show and then we'll get firing on all cylinders.

A couple things to bring up here. So we have not talked about this. A lot of people have

inquired about the deerer Hunter Collective.

I've not said anything publicly because we were trying to work on a date.

It kept getting pushed back and pushed back.

We thought we had a date figured out and then that fell apart.
