Really, we're going to talk a little bit about health, fitness, and well-being because if you

lot. It's a real struggle. If you were not healthy and you cannot perform, you're either growing

or dying. And so I'm going to, I'm going to frame this from my current point of view. I will be 43 in July. You hear the

constant thing, oh, you know, age catching up, getting older, tired, slowing down. And man, I really

don't want that for myself. So trying to figure out how to combat that have energy be in

great shape and ultimately just kind of push myself to see and i i probably have body dysmorphia

like deep down somewhere inside me insecure insecurity i don't want to be chubby I don't want to have a belly I saw some

pictures of myself last summer and I was like golly how that happened and I don't really aspire

to look like that so if it's possible for me to put things in place to where I'm adding

longevity to myself, quality of life, and making sure that I can do the things that I want to do

for as long as possible is really what it comes down to. You know, Jocko talks about discipline is

freedom. I'm sure you've heard that before, you know,

from every angle. Like discipline is freedom. If you could be disciplined in your health and
