0:15.3	I think being around less toxic people and positive people was like huge.
0:21.2	So when exercise that led to health and then I think when I started listening to Tim's
0:28.0	show that's when I went into the mindfulness and journaling.
0:33.6	And also Tim's a great example of, like you see in his both tools of Titan's Book and
0:38.5	Trives of Mentors book, you really are the people you hang out with.
0:44.4	So Tim spends a lot of time hanging out with really great people.
0:48.0	And in part because his podcast, he knows them and then you just learn from them and improve

0:55.0	And it's forgetting about all the political issues, forgetting politics almost slips away
1:00.7	because you realize, hey, the greatest impact I can have on the world is if I improve
1:06.0	myself and then affect the people around me and then they affect the people around them.

1:11.0	Everybody, like you said, arguing in this echo chamber that helps nobody.

1:14.2	And it took forever for me to realize that because, you know, I mean, one, I think you have
1:18.4	to accept the fact that being on Twitter all day, Trashing Trump isn't going to get
1:22.9	him impeached.
1:23.9	So you feel kind of stupid and worthless, right?
1:27.3	To like, I don't know why I never thought of that.
