And basically this book is how to, how can you heal and come home to yourself?

She shares so much in the interview about her life, about her relationship with her

mom, about her own sort of mother wound and childhood traumas that she has healed through

this process.

I got turned on her on her Instagram, which is at Rising Woman.

And her stuff was so inspiring, but was so accurate and right on, according to me as

a psychotherapist, I was like, oh my god, I just kept reposting her work.

And that is how then I found out she wrote a book and it was writing a book.

I was like, oh my god.

So it just came out two weeks ago.
