Today we continue our discussion of season four of the chosen with the controversial

episode three yeah that's how I feel about this episode not a fan huh yeah you

had told me that you weren't and I was and you had only watched

season or episode three at that point when I talked to you have now since watched

episode four. Does that change your feelings about this episode knowing what comes immediately after this?

Yeah, yeah, it does.

Yeah, I'll have some commentary by the time it says all over with I'll be okay but I wasn't worried about you

sure you said controversy was there is there a whole bunch of all that backlash

with all the people and the watching and the Facebook groups and all the things that they're dealing with that the roundtable discussion with the scholars that that a lot of people had a lot of

problems with this episode yeah sure well color me one of them but nevertheless

all right well let's get into it then, spoiler horn.

Okay, so we're starting off in 980 BC.

We see David fasting face down on the ground attempting to save his

child and there's two men there, they try to feed him.

He's like, oh, is the baby okay now?

And they're like, no.

And he's like, well, then get out of my face, I only need to pray and repent.

Right.

And then we jump over to a doctor I guess who has just called the death of the baby

Bathsheba sees what's going on.
