which I subscribe to.

I subscribe to Inbi magazine, which we get in print.

And then I also subscribe to the email, which sends you, I guess it's recipe of the week.

And this week's recipe of the week is from our friend, Derek Brown, in Washington, D.C.

Yes, our past friend.

I mean, we have not disowned him.

We just don't see him very much anymore. That's right, since we're not in D.C. and he doesn't hang out in his bars anymore. Yes. He's way into the sort of low and no alcohol cocktail movement. And since there's people doing dry January, I assume that's why they brought him on for this cocktail, which is called the pinch hitter.

Wow.

Pinch hitter.

I know what that is.

There's no double entendre there.

It's just a baseball term.

So it's basically lemonade made fancy.

So it's two ounces of lemon juice, an ounce of ginger syrup.

Ooh.

A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Half an ounce of aqua faba, which you remember what that is? It's water from beans. Chickpeas, chickpea water. Chickpea, you milk chickpeas, and then you let them back out onto their meadow, and then they can make more milk. Kind of. It's just you get a can of chickpeas and it's the water that's in the can.

Yeah, and chickpeas don't say moo.
