the first and probably even the second sabbatical, I don't think my wife, you know, I think she would say the added stress might not have, you know, it probably wasn't a sabbatical for her, right?

She had to listen to me, you know, kind of stress about the numbers a little bit more.

But also where that hit, you know, my first sabbatical kind of hit as I was selling real estate

syndication software. And I was selling syndication software for people buying apartments in Seattle and

San Francisco. And there wasn't a whole lot of people moving into Seattle and San Francisco during

COVID. And so, you know, when I, you know,

is that slowed down and I ran out of things to do, you know, I think our net worth at the time was

seven or eight hundred thousand, right? And so that was very much a sabbatical, you know,

and my wife wanted to kind of work on her marketing career a little bit more.

But by the end of that, you know, a year or two later with the, you know, the appreciation of real estate during COVID, you know, I mean a year or two later, we were above a million dollars.

And then it really started getting to, oh, well,

you know, this was supposed to be just a work gap, but, you know, there's, we, we have a lot more
