It's a great question. Part of that depends on where my parents end up and there's some other family considerations and how this house hunting journey in San Diego ends up.

I think that long term being California, I have some, my brother lives in California too, and hopefully my parents come here eventually.

I think being California long term is ideal because the weather really is

invaluable to me. And I realize that every time I go somewhere else where it's raining for days

at a time. But one thing to notice about, I appreciate you saying that about my, I guess,

hustle after earning a million dollars. That's great. Four years ago, a million dollars was my fine number.

And I was super set on retiring and what I thought was going to be 31, which is a month from now.

And that has simply not come to fruition because of inflation and changing demands and realizing

that I'm willing to work, you know, maybe 70% is hard for 10 years longer to have the same quality of life

indefinitely rather than cutting my lifestyle in half or more and calling it quits now.
