I was always like a hard worker, did well in school, and then when I was hit with something that was out of my control, like medical depression, in and out of the hospital, like, at one point, like, I didn't know if I wanted to live. And I lost everything and things that I had worked for and things that I was given. And I felt alone and I had nowhere nowhere place to start. So when you have to take

0:25.3

every single piece of your life back, like I work three part-time jobs starting at 20 hours a week

0:30.8

because that's all like my mental capacity could take. And then I had to work my way to 30 hours

0:35.1

and then 40 hours and I slowly built back my

0:37.6

endurance and my my fucking confidence like my confidence was wrecked I was like do I have the capacity

0:42.9

to work am I smart enough to stay in school and just to slowly build and build something

0:48.1

progressive I didn't like go out of the gate and go from super depressed to like running my own

0:53.5

business and getting two

0:54.3

degrees. What is happening, Ricky? I'm so honored and appreciative that you're here to join us

1:00.9

today. And I'm excited to introduce you. Guys, this is our client friend, somebody whose name

1:07.2

is brought up quite a bit within our client success team because of just the, you know,

1:12.5

it's one thing to hear about students who have fast success, which I shouldn't even frame it as

1:17.8

that because you were in business before IFCA. You've been building your business for some time,

1:22.0

and I want to go into that. But you had a quick ascension in terms of like fast success in IFCA,

1:26.9

while, which is just a crazy thing

1:29.1

taking on not just one master's program or doctorate program in physical therapy but also

1:34.8

getting your master's in public health which is just pretty insane and I want to talk to you all

1:40.1

about that how do you balance this what were some of the things that you did to create space and

1:43.9

reduce overwhelm or are you just white knuckling and just running on, you know, Celsius and Adderall?

1:49.8

That might be that might be the case too, and that's fine. But I want to know all about it. So

1:53.2

anyways, what's up, man? How are you? Doing good, doing good. Just finish some studying, actually.

2:00.2

That's not surprising. Not surprising at all. Midterm season. studying, actually. So that's not surprising. It's not surprising at all.
