It was kind of a classic Southern California day and the waves were probably like four to six feet, not overwhelming, but just a good solid size ground swell and it was at our spot. Glassy, sunny out in the afternoon, no wind. And for whatever reason,

this is coming from a guy who was just a really phenomenal human being, smart, positive, honest, loyal, and fun too. Like, we were always having fun. We're always laughing, always smiling.
