Today I'm going to teach you why green tea is so great for you, drinking it in your matcha,

It's the week of St. Patrick's week and everything is green. Green tea is one of the best things

you can do for your overall health. Remember, green tea has a major polyphenol antioxidant called

EGCG, and it has a wide range of therapeutic properties. It's antioxidant, anti-inflammatory,

helps prevent atherosclerosis,

strokes, diabetes, heart attacks, and also cancer preventative. Green tea can help you with acne.

Oily skin definitely can help with anti-oxidation, meaning that it will help neutralize free radicals coursing through your

So one of the studies that I read in 2013 showed that polyphenols in green tea can be used
