Hey everyone, Benkuba Radio, hope you are doing incredible. So today, what am I going to talk about?

So over the weekend I went away with four other couples and we went up to Norfolk and during one of the evenings I don't know how it happened

But during one of the evenings we got into a debate about I think it started with us talking about kind of like being overweight and obesity

and choices and it just went off into this massive debate around kind of your choices in life and the cards that you are dealt and the environment

that you grew up in and all that kind of stuff.

And it is an amazing conversation to have like that many people around a table and debate from lots of different perspectives, people that

have had lots of different life experiences and it was really, really cool.

And it made me think about how people limit themselves and when we think about progress

both with our health, with our fitness, with our career, with our relationships, all that

kind of stuff, the limits that we place on ourselves

will obviously determine our long-term outcome. And when I think about my life and I think

about how I try to plan for things, how I try to plan for my weight loss,

how I try to plan for my career, how I try to plan to build muscle, the end result of me being stood here talking into this phone at the age of

32, walking around in, you know, I'm proud to say a nice country home I have a good life but I've built all of that and

it made me think about what you as the listener of this podcast today are trying

to plan for in their future health, fitness, career,

relationships, whatever it is it doesn't matter. It makes me want to question

how right now you're holding yourself back as a result of your

environment as a result of your mindset as a result of your perception of how much

money you've got as a result of where your fitness is at right now

as a result of your ability like right now somehow you are putting likely a

limit on yourself of what you can achieve.
