0:21.8

I'm your coach and host Josh, and I'm joined with his co-host and co-coach, KG, and I'm in the house. We're in the basement today. We switched up the filming locations. Audio should be totally good. You know, we always put a lot of effort really scoping out the best places for us to do this and you know from all

0:21.0

the ogy listeners we've come a long way from awkwardly filming it in kyle's old car so definitely

0:26.6

pumped for that and we have some big plans to come for the show for the episodes for the audio video

0:32.2

episodes so make sure you're you know tuning around and you know we always keep this show completely

0:36.8

ad free so you know the one thing we do ask that could we always keep this show completely ad-free. So, you know,

0:38.3

the one thing we do ask that could help us grow is to help us help more people. So if you want to

0:42.9

share this episode with a friend, message it to them, tell it about to someone at the street at the

0:46.9

farmer's market, share it to your story, send it to your Facebook, whatever you do to share stuff.

0:51.9

If you could, you know, give us us a shout especially if you do like what we

0:54.8

do it means the world and it does help us grow and continue you know just putting out amazing content

0:59.6

but that's all i'm going to talk about that there you know we keep it out free we're just here to

1:03.4

teach educate inspire and grow together because we love filming these we really hash out some amazing

1:08.5

topics and you know so i think the best way as always to

1:12.6

start this off is with a quote i'm going to start with mine because i'm pretty fired up about it and it is that

1:17.8

success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out and this is from robert collier and

1:24.2

you know just more and more i've really come to realize just how important the little things are. I know we, you know, after recently reading Atomic Habits, if you haven't picked that up, I highly recommend it. You know, more and more I've just analyzed the little things I do in life and how they can either affect me positively or negatively. And I was even saying to Kyle, like compounding works both ways you know bad habits can

1:45.0

become a thing right for instance you start saying I'm gonna you know skip my morning walks I'm not

1:50.4

going to worry about that anymore I'm going to stop tracking my foot I'm going to stop weighing in

1:53.5

you know these are things that can you know just as they can be positive things that you could

1:57.6

start doing where you can reap the benefits can become negative right and even if even if you just think of how powerful compounding is, you know, if you think of money, if you think of anything, you know, when things compound, you just, you see amazing results. Like a 10-minute walk in the morning might seem silly, but, you know, that is probably like, you know, a thousand-ish steps. You're getting every day of the week, you know, 30 days in the in the month, you know, that's 30,000 extra steps, the extra movement, extra time in the sun. Like, you can see how one small habit can be so positive or always having a healthy breakfast or doing your preps or it's just, it's so easy to neglect these little things. And that's why I always really hammer home, you know, how you do anything is how you do everything because I find you start compromising a little things you know you hit snooze on the alarm you start skipping workouts you start you know cutting workouts short you decide I'm not going to train legs just too hard I don't want to squat you know these are things that that will add up and they'll hurt you right and that's why even you know I just there's been so many thoughts i've had and they've tied so nicely but even the concept of going one more you know as my life gets busier and crazier and you know i'm naturally i'm human i want to look for the way out i want to cut myself a break i want to do the easy thing i keep saying how can i actually go a little further how can i have myself evolve and adapt to that situation and look for that,

3:08.8

you know, reason to be successful as opposed to that's excuse? And that's something I want to
