Summary

We are experiencing an unprecedented time in our world and it is having a direct and immediate impact on our economy, our communities and potentially our businesses.

I have buckets of ideas for you on how to pivot if necessary during this uncertain time and STAY in business.

Guess what? People are still going to purchase products and services during a pandemic. YES, our behavior is very much changed. Some of it is temporary, some of it will be long term. This time period will change us.

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to get into The Cognitive (rational) part of your brain and not allow emotion and fear to rule your decisions.

I am going to help you figure out how to anticipate the needs of others and be agile without seeming scattered. We are going to serve and build goodwill. We are going to follow the golden rule of business and treat others the way we want to be treated in business. And we are going to stay in business. We've got this my friend!
