Summary

In this episode Tom interviews Medical Doctor and elite powerlifter Dr Jordan Feigenbaum. It's a fascinating discussion about pain, how it really works, and the mistakes people often make when thinking and talking about injuries and discomfort. They cover lower back pain, massage, movement screening and corrective exercises, posture, proper deadlift form, and mistakes often made by new and experienced gymgoers alike when thinking about their exercise programming. Almost everyone has or knows someone who has lower back pain - but does that mean what we think it does?
