So one of the things for next year on the podcast, you know,

2023 as we get in there, it's going to be a kind of a key thing is I think health is important,

mental health, physical health, diets, you know, hobbies, things like that. You've already

seen me start some new things on the podcast, on the YouTube version where we, you you know, like show videos of me and my travels, because, you know, that's my hobby. You know, everybody has different hobbies. Mine is travel, so I try and incorporate a little bit of travel to each of the episode and some of the other hobbies. But, you know, health, I think, is something that entrepreneurs, we, we kind of like take for granted sometimes. And, you know, for those who don't know, you know, I even had a heart attack this year, you know, was out dead for 10 minutes before revived by paramedics. So obviously health, physical health is something that's at the top of my, you know, kind of like list of important things. And you know, you never think that somebody, you know, our age or my age, you know, might, that could happen to. but you know, kind of like list of important things. And you never think that somebody, you know, our age or my age, you know, might, that could happen to. But, you know, as entrepreneurs, I think sometimes, especially those those who work from home, we might get in this routine where we don't have the best eating habits. We don't have the best, you know, exercise habits. And so I'm going to try and, you know, bring that out with a lot of
