Okay, so I'm excited for this episode. We get to talk about how can I enjoy my children more.

And this is something that was asked a variety of different ways in our question box.

And it's something that I'm excited to speak to because Elisha and I truly enjoy our children and have so much fun hanging out with them.

But we've also been through seasons where we've been very overwhelmed

and burnt out and trying to figure out just like these well-meaning listeners are that ride in.

Like, I want to enjoy my children. Why am I not? I feel like I'm doing everything right. So we're

excited to talk a little bit about this with you guys today and share some of our journey with you.
