0:11.8	week you get me and a friend. I open up the circle to invite a sister or brother to share

0:22.5	foolery. So today, on today's podcast, I am talking to someone who's been on our podcast before.
0:29.2	Her name is Don Cherie Wilkerson. DC for short, her and her husband Rich are pastoring in Florida.
0:36.1	And the last time I talked to her, we talked a lot about family and we talked a lot about
0:40.4	ministry and children and motherhood. Creativity because she also is a creator of music and so many
0:49.3	things. But one thing that we touched on that I wanted to dive into a much deeper well about
0:55.2	was this idea of leadership. She and her husband Rich are pastoring their church together and
1:01.2	they've served in ministry together. They dated as teenagers and then got married and have been in
1:06.0	ministry. But now are pastoring. And she has such a meek and gentle spirit, such a soft spoken
1:15.0	way about her so much grace. And I wanted to talk about what it is like, what it has been like
1:20.6	to grow in leadership. What has she learned? How to manage people? How to communicate with people
1:27.0	when hard conversations need to be had? How to handle doing what you did last year,
1:32.4	being different than what you have to do this year? How to handle elevation? How to handle
1:37.4	glory to glory? What does it look like to do what you need to do in this season that's different
1:43.0	than last season? Like maybe you have to delegate more this season or maybe you have to
1:48.1	embrace new talents and skills you didn't even know you had. I mean, I ask her all the questions
1:54.4	and what you need to know is this is not her normal lane of conversation, at least not that I
1:59.4	know of. I just felt led that led to ask her questions that would pour into something I had a
2:09.3	hunch she would talk about. Well, listen, the Holy Spirit does not lie because my hunch was more
