terrible murderous assault by Israel on Gaza.

And AJ, who we spoke to on podcast number 40, has been arrested and she is being held on remand

because she apparently broke her conditions of her bail.

So it's the first time we've had an interviewee arrested and jailed.

It could happen to anybody, I think, in the coming weeks and months, it may not be the last.

We're sending our well wishes to AJ, of course.

Absolutely to them to AJ.

And everybody at Palestine action, I think you are heroes.

Nevertheless, this interview is with somebody who I think I'm closer to politically.

On the, I mean,

I think one of the moving things about demonstration on Saturday was how many young people,

there were beautiful young people of all racist, creeds and colors.

And then there was the cohort of Jewish, anti-Zionist Jews who brought the

who brought the average age up considerably really there is a cohort of which I am part I think of

older anti-Zionist anti-Israel Jews and. And my interviewee today, Jenny Manson, is one of those.

She is co-chair of Jewish Voice for Labor,

a group that has been hideously maligned over the last few years.

And we get to talk about that.

And I think in some ways, I mean, obviously I am by inference bigging myself up,

but I think that these Jews who support Palestine are in many ways the best of us. They're people who

have eschewed tribalism to think about the suffering of others, that they have not let themselves sink into the pit of revenge or, you know, my tribe, right or wrong, but I've really thought about the suffering of people who are not
