Summary

On Halloween, 2016, 17 year old Andrew Taney Balcer murdered his parents Rev and Ali Balcer, and one of the families dogs, while letting his brother Christopher escape unharmed. One year and multiple psych evaluations later, new motives and motivations emerged.
