Hey, business building warrior. This is your buddy Jim. I've got a guest. I'm going to interview

today who actually works for someone that you've heard from on this show a few times. Today we're

going to talk to Mr. Richard Clough. He is, I think the official title is Warehouse Manager

for Rich Potter. You've heard Rich and

Shelley Potter on this show a handful of times. They're the ones who are just killing it with

Well, Richard is on Rich's team. And we thought it would be an interesting kind of pull back the curtains a little bit and

see the kind of people that we're hiring when we look to bring someone on board that

helps us grow our business.

I love the way that they met, the backstory, some of the great lessons.

This is a guy who's fairly new to the business, but he's really came up the chain quickly

in his knowledge, his ability to contribute. Just a great young man. I found out later in the

interview that he had just gotten married a short time ago. It's got a great work ethic,

a great attitude, the kind of people you're looking for. We talk a little bit about managing

virtual assistance today.

That's part of what Richard does and his duty is he has a few Filipino, a couple Filipino

workers that they pay just a few dollars per hour, which again, remember, that spends. You got to

multiply that by like eight to get the number of what that spends. So they're getting 15 to 20 bucks an hour equivalent for just a few dollars per hour

paying these great workers.
