This triathlon is so incredibly complex. Is it rocket science? No. You know, start from the top, yourself, your sleep, your nutrition, your life, your work stress, your personal stress, your relationship stress. Oh, let's add in some swimming. Let's add in some biking. Let's add in some running. All right. How do we fuel for these things and equipment? How do we plan for races? How do we do? That's a lot to kind of just like handle all at one time.
