- Establish systems that work (Become a planner) (Gym times, pre logging & flexible rest days)
- Stop drastic measures and restrictions
- Have a plan after the plan
- Get some support/ emotionally attached make emotional decisions
- Keep building healthy habits - trying new things (10k steps, reading, listening to this podcast, sleep schedule, finding healthy options, making healthy friends, asking yourself what a healthy person would do)
