Summary

In this episode Gina answers a listener question about what to do when you worst fear actually happens to you. In the case of this listener, the fears in focus relate to health. Gina recommends a few particular strategies when facing great anxiety relating to specific fears and are not limited to the domain of health anxiety. In particular Gina goes over: acceptance, surrender, leaning towards uncertainty rather than turning away from it, recalling your ability to overcome prior challenges, and closely examining the evidence you are facing in your current situation. Listen in for explanation of these anxiety relieving tips.
