We actually filmed an ad for our podcast. So you might hear on other podcasts. If all goes well, I don't know. We're trying to find different ways to grow, you know, coming out from different angles. You know, a lot of the time, two people are like, I love your podcast. You guys have done so much for me. How can I help? A great way to support the show and support me and Kyle. Just tell friends, you know, share it around. You know, if there's an episode you love, really does mean a lot because we're really trying to take over this year. You know, we want to be the number one fitness, health and happiness podcast. You know, we've made into the top 20, which is really freaking cool. But we're coming for the top. You know, we also crack, crushed, where we go, crush that 1K review goal. So we're so thankful for that. But let's jump into this episode. Let's spit some fire and let's crush this motivation Monday. Starting with the quote. So I'm going to kick it off with mine. I love this quote because it's so simple, but it's so powerful. When it gets tough, you better get tough.

1:11.6

And this is just something I pulled from a motivational video. I've been doing it lately because I've been loving them. But he was just saying, when life gets tough, you better get tough. You can't be running away from the storms. You know, I mentioned that before. But you got to toughen up. You got to face that. You got to get through it. And I think it's just a great attitude of, you know, saying, okay, you know, the challenge is here.

1:30.0

I'm going to toughen up.

1:30.8

I'm going to get through it and I think it's just a great attitude of

1:27.5

you know saying okay you know the challenge is here I'm going to toughen up I'm going to get after

1:31.5

it I got a hard workout to do I'm going to get after it and even a great quote I came across this

1:37.1

week too is a big part they said of self-help productivity self-growth is to give meaning to

1:42.9

your suffering and I thought these connected really well, right?

1:46.0

Like to suffer for a reason, do hard things that benefit you.

1:49.2

Working out is hard, but being unhealthy and being in the hospital is harder.

1:53.9

Eating clean isn't easy.

1:55.7

It's hard, but same thing.

1:57.7

Not having your health, having all your arteries clog, meaning surgeries is much

2:01.5

harder. You know what I mean? Not living the life, not living in like unison with your values and

2:07.6

dreams and goals is hard to me, right? Like living your best life where you just feel amazing. It's so

2:13.0

important. Even one thing I loved is someone reached out for coaching today and they said more than anything, like they want to look good they want to see physical change all these amazing things but they said they wanted to feel amazing again because they've been there before and they said they just wanted to be in control of their body and just have that goal and have that thing to work towards and just you know do what they know they can do and not be in that feeling of like,

2:34.9

oh, you know, I should be doing this because that wears away at you, right? So love this quote, love the kind of connections I pulled from it. So that's what I got for today. I like that. I had to think about that one first. So you said give meaning to your suffering. Give meaning to your suffering. Like what do you want to suffer for in life?

2:50.7

You know, the same analogy.
