We've spent a lot of time with William over the last year, which was necessary so you

can understand what was going on.

But as you might have gathered over the last several episodes, we're finally getting

to the part where we can talk about the British people during the conquest and how they didn't

just survive the bastard but how they fought back and how they nearly won.

However, to do that, we need to look at a bunch of different threads and as such, sometimes

we need to go back in time a little bit and I know, I know.
