thank you for supporting me and today I just want to throw out a statement not

knowing you at all not knowing where you are in life or what's going on or

what's not going on I just want to say that I think you're doing better than

you give yourself credit for and I probably said this in the past but I really

really believe it and not in some pandering way I think you're doing better than

you think and it's in the same way that I know that I'm doing better than I

think because personally I'm kind of I'm like the king of being very hard on

myself as optimistic as I definitely am in the face of that the contrast to that

would be the fact that I am very critical of myself I'm very critical in the

sense of being impatient and wanting to do more and be more improve all these

things things that I talk about on the podcast a lot the pressure that we put

on ourselves so I do this to myself but at the end of the day I am convinced I

know I need to remind myself that I am doing better than I think I'm doing

better than that little voice in my head that wants me to think I'm not and I
