professor of management at Bryant University. He's served for six years

on the faculty at Harvard Business School prior to that. His research focuses on how people

solve problems and make decisions. He's a best-selling author of case studies in several books. He's created courses on The Great Courses Plus. He's helped a number of innovative multimedia simulations for students, including the' Leadership and Teen Simulation.
