Be Talk a little special Thursday episode for you. Sometimes that happens.

Sometimes I feel feel like you might need a gift a midweek pick me up. Here it is.

Today, Thursday, what is it? January 25th. I throw this out before I head down

to the NAMM show today and see that kind of fucking lunacy. About to go to the

NAMM show. NAMM! I'm going to NAMM National Association of Music Merchants.

I was like this year. I was like, I don't know if I'm gonna go. I've just been so

fucking swamped. I'm moving. Everybody, that's a little piece of news for you. I've

been two years here in the Valley and I didn't cut it. I didn't make it. I didn't

make it. I can't do it. I can't live in somewhere in a town that I'm not digging.

You know? I mean, I lived what, 16 years in Hollywood and then I had to move to

the Valley because I couldn't find anything and I've made it two years and that's it.

I fucking, I went full-on like a full-time job and just drove the streets of the neighborhoods

I wanted to live in every day. Sometimes three, four hours a day, pulling over, calling,

going in, looking at some of the shittiest apartments I've ever seen. Mine blower.

Either it's way too expensive or it's complete piece of shit, one or the other. And sometimes

it's way too expensive and a total piece of shit. So I took an om for about, I would say

about four weeks and found a spot and I'm happy to say that, look, my place here where

I live now is great. It's a beautiful apartment but it's freezing cold. The heater, the heat

doesn't work in this place. Freezing cold for LA. I'm not saying freezing cold for wherever

the fuck you go. Yeah, I live in Detroit. But this place has, the heat does not work. It

just turned it on and it just goes right out the windows that have about a two-inch gap.
