Summary

Amber Beam achieved a slew of early career promotions and became a victim of her own success. She reached the top of the mountain and felt as if there was an obstruction. She couldn’t even see the view from the top. It was time to try a “side hustle.” It wasn’t that she no longer loved her job, she just knew she wanted something more.
