pattern more flexible. I want to release the anxiety that you have around your

training and that can be helped by a dieting strategy that we talked about last week and I'll recap in a different way this week.

So if you feel that you're not quite getting the balance right with your training, your training causes you a little bit of stress, you

get frustrated when you miss sessions, especially if you're injured or busy or that kind of stuff.

The key thing that I dislike about any kind of framing of a problem is all over time
