this is something that should be celebrated right like this is a net positive for the

financial world around us.

they're now at 11.7% contribution rates.

Now this does include employer match as well.

But here's the cool thing.

This is an all-time haph since Vanguard has been tracking this,

but I gotta tell you, before we start celebrating that

everybody has found religion on saving and investing, there's actually something structural

that's happening behind the scenes that's making this happen.

So you mean to tell me that people haven't just like caught wind that hey I've got to

control my financial future I've got to start saving more I've got to take more control
