Sorry that we missed a week, but I was in Morocco, leading a group from amateur traveler, one of my other podcasts.

Today we're going to continue on the study of Psalms with Psalm 67, which is rather short, only seven verses, so we're going to go from that straight into Psalm 68, and both of them have a similar theme.

Psalm 67 goes like this. May God be

gracious to us and bless us, and make his face shine on us, so that your ways may be known on

earth, your salvation among all nations. May the peoples praise you, God. May all the peoples praise

you. May the nations be glad and sing for joy,

for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth. May the peoples praise you,

God. May all the peoples praise you. The land yields its harvest, God. Our God bless us. May God bless us

still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear

him. As I read this and I thought about all of the people of the earth praising God that there

is a prayer, a prayer that I pray pretty much every day, that there are situations where I want God's will to shine forth.

There are people that I want to know God.

And when I say God, I don't mean God in a generic sense.

I mean God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

I mean the God of Abraham.

I mean the God of the New Testament.

And that I desire that the world does

come to know him. But this is not just a prayer that the other people would come to know God,

but that all of the world, including us, including our people, including our lands, would come

to praise God, that God would be
