Hi, everybody. Welcome to the show. I've such a great episode for you today because we're really

covering a lot of the things that we all love. So we're covering beauty and aesthetics and aging, but really from the

inside out. So we're not just talking about the things that you can do externally, but we are

really delving into things like peptides and stem cell therapy and therapeutic plasma exchange,

these kind of newer innovations that a lot of us are hearing about,

but that we don't quite understand. So a little backstory on the episode, I met one of my guests

a few months ago at a dinner party. And he knows my boyfriend. My boyfriend was hyping me up at this

table where I didn't know anybody else as he does and brought up my podcast, which for me

is sometimes embarrassing. But admittedly, to give credit where credit is due, I have made a lot of

connections this way, including this one from today. So one of the guests at that dinner party was

Dr. Payman Daniel Pore. He is a plastic surgeon. And along with my other guest, Dr. John Lakey,

he operates the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group in Beverly Hills. And they also have the

proactive longevity center. This is in Mexico. This is where they help to manage the trajectory

of aging with some of those

newer innovations. And they are the hosts of the Forever Young podcast and the founders of
